Our Promise:
Responsible Sourcing

Responsible gold is not just a standard—it is a contract of trust between the supplier, the retailer, and the end consumer.

Green Ink Gold is committed to meeting the highest expectations of ethical sourcing, safety, and environmental care. Our responsibility spans the end-to-end gold supply chain, from mine to Member, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term stewardship at every stage.

01

Ethical Conduct & Governance

We maintain zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or political manipulation, with full transparency across jurisdictions and oversight at the executive level. Our governance framework includes rigorous internal controls, annual audits, and training programs to instill a culture of integrity. We believe ethical conduct is not a compliance checkbox, but a guiding principle that underpins trust and longevity in every market we conduct business.

Human Rights &
Labor Protections

We uphold universal human rights and fair labor standards, including a prohibition on forced and child labor, and support for collective bargaining and diversity as paramount to our business. Green Ink Gold maintains confidential grievance mechanisms and implements continuous training to foster dignity, inclusivity, and safety in the workplace. We actively support equity and promote opportunity in every community where we operate.

Risk, Impact, & Community

We engage with communities and stakeholders to understand social and environmental impacts, with mechanisms for redress, cultural sensitivity, and impact mitigation. Our proactive approach includes stakeholder mapping, localized dialog, and long-term development partnerships. We believe risk management includes listening first and designing solutions that reflect shared priorities across regions and demographics.

Health, Safety, & Wellbeing

We maintain a zero-harm mindset through systems that prioritize workplace safety, public health, and emergency readiness in collaboration with local stakeholders. Our occupational health standards exceed local regulatory standards and will emphasize both physical and mental well-being. We coordinate closely with community leaders and first responders to ensure artisanal miners are supported, informed, and resilient.

Responsible Supply Chain &
ASM Support

We require that all suppliers meet our standards of ethics and sustainability and support legal, safer practices for artisanal and small-scale miners. Our supplier code of conduct will be enforced through regular assessments and third-party verification. We will also collaborate with NGOs and government partners to advance formalization, safety training, and economic inclusion for ASM operators.

Stewardship &
Closure Planning

We only work with suppliers that manage land, water, waste, and biodiversity with best-practice science and responsibility, including mine closure plans aligned with social, ecological, and economic continuity. Green Ink Gold will deploy independent environmental reviews and life-of-asset impact modeling to maintain transparency and accountability. Closure is not an afterthought—it should be engineered into the design of mines from day one.
